At Pelulux, it all started with one simple moment: watching our dog struggle to get comfortable on a cheap, low-quality bed we bought online.

We thought we were getting a good deal — the pictures looked great, the price seemed fair. But when it showed up, it was thin, rough, and poorly made. That night, as we watched our dog give up and curl up on the floor instead, something clicked: our pets deserve better — and so do we, as customers.

From that frustration, Pelulux was born.
